Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To assess AntiMullerian hormone combining with FSH and FSH/LH in the advanced maternal women during the reproductive year with ovarian reserve and evaluate the function of the reproductive function of the advanced maternal women during the reproductive year. Methods 60 patients with the advanced maternal women during the reproductive year (>35 years old) from clinic outpatient were randomly selected. 60 healthy volunteers from August 2015 to May 2016 were selected as control group. Te serum AntiMullerian Hormone (AMH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and hormone progesterone (LH) were measured. Results AMH level of the advanced maternal age (>35 years old) group was lower than that of control group (P<005). FSH level of the advanced maternal age (>35 years old) was higher than that of control group (P<005). The folliclestimulating hormone/luteinizing hormone ratio of the advanced maternal age(>35 years old) was higher than that of control group (P<005). There was negative correlation between AMH and age, FSH and FSH/LH(P<005). There was no correlation between AMH and LH( P<005). Conclusion The age, AMH, FSH/LH and FSH were closely related to the ovarian reserve. It will be helpful to assess the ovarian reserve function in the advanced maternal women during the reproductive year combining with the age.
