Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal focus clearance in uterine scar pregnancy. Methods 46 patients with uterine scar pregnancy collected from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into transvaginal focus clearance group (26 cases) and uterine artery interventional embolization (20 cases). The intraoperative blood loss, blood HCG recovery time, hospital stay, hospital costs, and side effects occurred were compared between the two groups. Results The blood HCG recovery time, hospital stay, hospital costs, and side effects occurred in the transvaginal focus clearance group were better than those of the uterine artery interventional embolization group, and the difference is significant between two groups (P<005). Conclusion The transvaginal focus clearance has the advantages of efficient, reliability, less side effects, fast postoperative recovery and low cost.
