Abstract:Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a kind of diastolic and systolic dysfunction of left ventricular in the absence of abnormal load or coronary artery disease and an irreversible cardiomyopathy. It often combines arrhythmia, sudden death and other complications, and the prognosis is bad. Imaging examination is the basis for its diagnosis, risk stratification, guided treatment and prognosis assessment. Echocardiography (ECG) is the most commonly used and is the most important method of examination, Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) techniques can detect, qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate myocardial infarction and myocardial fibrosis. A combination of multiple imaging techniques allows accurate diagnosis and evaluation of DCM, and can provide more comprehensive, scientific and objective information for the clinic.
