Abstract:Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of bicyclol on lipid peroxidation in liver injury induced by neuropathic drugs. Methods 98 patients with anti nerve druginduced liver injury were selected from June 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. Two groups of patients were given general support. The control group was treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules treatment. The study group was given the treatment criteria standard of Bicyclol Tablets. The efficacy, the total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, gamma glutamyl aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and phosphatase were detected. The serum levels of malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase level and the adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, the indexes of liver function of study group and control group were significantly reduced. The indexes of liver function of study group significantly improved compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). The activity of SOD of study group and control group improved after treatment. The activity of SOD of the study group was higher than that of control group. The MDA activity of study group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The patients in There were 24 cases and 16 cases cured in study group and control group. The total effective rate of study group (81.63%) was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). There was no drug adverse reaction of the two groups. Conclusion Bicyclol can improve the liver function of liver injury induced by neuropathic drugs and inhibit the lipid peroxidation.
