Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To research the influence of dizocine on plasma cortisol (Cor), noradrenaline (NE) and interleukin6 (IL6) levels with laparoscopic uterine myomectomy. Methods 106 laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection patients were divided into control group and research. The control group was treated with conventional anesthesia. The research group was treated with dizocine for anesthesia. Cor, NE, IL6, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and propylene glycol (MDA), immune function, visual analogue scale (VAS), the awaken time and extubation time and adverse reactions were observed. Results Postoperatively, Cor, NE, IL6 levels of research group were lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<005). SOD of research group was higher than that of the control group. MDA of research group was lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P<005). The immune function of research group was better than that of control group (P<005). The awaken time and extubation time of research group was less than that of the control group (P<005). The adverse reaction rate of research group was lower than that of the control group (P<005). Conclusion Dexacin reduced the levels of plasma Cor, NE and IL6 levels in patients laparoscopic uterine myomectomy.
