【Abstract】 Colorectal cancers is one of the most common malignancy of digestive system, whose morbidity and mortality just rank second to lung cancer, which is a serious threat to human health. Related studies have shown that miRNA plays a regulating role in the differentiation and proliferation of tumor cells, and the abnormal expression of miRNA is closely related to the progress of colon cancer. Accordingly, in this paper, the research progress of miRNA regulatory mechanism for colon cancer to be reviewed.
