Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study self efficacy of cluster nursing intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing intensity-modulated radiotherapy. Methods From October 2014 to October 2016, 124 patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The observation group was treated with cluster nursing intervention. The nutritional status, selfmanagement ability and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were analyzed. Results The body weight, BMI, Hb, PA and ALB of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total scores of selfdecompression, selfdecision, positive attitude and selfmanagement ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The cluster nursing intervention can improve the nutrition status, the selfmanagement ability and the nursing satisfaction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with concurrent radiotherapy.
