Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the gallbladder gland muscle hyperplasia of ultrasound and CT diagnostic value. Methods 37 patients with gallbladder gland muscle hyperplasia confirmed by surgery or pathology in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected in the present study. The ultrasound and CT manifestation were analyzed by surgery or pathology diagnosis as the gold standard. Results Of 37 patients with gallbladder gland muscle hyperplasia, there were 9 cases, 11 cases and 17 cases confirmed as diffuse type, section type and limited type by surgical pathology, respectively. With surgical pathologic results as the gold standard, the diffuse preoperative ultrasound diagnostic rate was 5556%, and the preoperative CT diagnosis rate was 6667%. Segmental type preoperative ultrasound diagnostic rate was 6364%, the preoperative CT diagnosis rate by 7272%, the limited type preoperative ultrasound diagnostic rate 7059% and the preoperative CT diagnosis rate by 7647%. Conclusion Ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of gallbladder gland muscle hyperplasia has high value.
