【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors of surgical treatment of senile laryngeal cancer recurrence.Methods 145 geriatric patients with laryngeal cancer in our hospital ENT in five years (2010420153) were reviewed and analyzed. The relevant factors of patients with postoperative recurrence were analyzed. Results There were 23 cases (1586%) relapsed. The recurrence of geriatric patients with laryngeal cancer was closely related with treatment programs, surgery margin without a net, accumulated prevocal combination, neck metastasis, tumor infiltration of thyroid cartilage, tumor stage and tumor pathology and other related factors. Conclusion For geriatric patients with laryngeal cancer, many factors can impact the prognosis. Early diagnosis, early treatment, and the influence factors of mentioned in the above results are reinforced to reduce postoperative recurrence of laryngeal cancer.
