【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the actuality of cancerrelated fatigue in patients with malignant melanoma receiving INFα2b injection, discuss the correlation between cancerrelated fatigue and life quality and summarize the clinical value of cancerrelated fatigue Methods 98 patients with malignant melanoma receiving INFα2b injection in our department from June 2015 to November 2016 were investigated. We adopted general information questionnaire, RPFSC and EORTC QLQC30, and take statistical analysis by SPSS(v190) software. Results The differences of the score and incidence of cancerrelated fatigue before patients received INFα2b injection were statistically significant from that after the daily injection(P<005). The score and incidence of cancerrelated fatigue were different between the first day and the rest of the 6 days (P<005). Correlation analysis showed that the total score and each dimension scores of cancerrelated fatigue were negatively related with functional field scores of life quality and positively related with symptoms field scores, loss of appetite and insomnia of life quality (P< 005). Conclusion On first day, the level of cancerrelated fatigue in patients with malignant melanoma receiving INFα2b injection is moderatesevere（969%）, the life quality of patients is poor, and the cancerrelated fatigue level is related with functional field, symptoms field , Loss of appetite and insomnia of life quality. It has the important value of guiding the clinical nursing of patients with malignant melanoma receiving INFα2b injection.
