【Abstract】 Liver failure is server acute exacerbation of liver function and a complex clinical syndrome characterized by many complications，rapid progression and high morbidity and mortality. At present，the Mainly treatments of liver failure are medical comprehensive treatment, artificial liver assist system and liver transplantation .It is wellknown that the prognosis of liver failure is associated with many factors, and accurately predict the prognosis is of great significant to patients with liver failure. With the further study of prognostic factors of liver failure, multifactors coalition will help to make a more reasonable judgment of prediction.
