【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing in the special wardsMethods 152 patients undergoing meticulous nursing and conventional care in special wards from July, 2016 to December, 2016 were assigned into experimental group. 146 patients with conventional care from January, 2016 to June, 2016 were assigned into control group. The patient's satisfaction, incidence of adverse events and nursing service quality were compared between the two groups.Results The patient's satisfaction, incidence of adverse events and nursing service quality in experimental group were better than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing in the special wards can improve the patients' satisfaction, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, and improve the quality of nursing service.
