    【摘要】目的 探讨气囊仿生助产技术在自然分娩中的作用。方法 选择乐山市人民医院妇产科自然分娩产妇330例, 按照患者知情同意分为观察组218例和对照组112例, 观察组使用KCBⅡ型气囊助产仪扩张宫颈和阴道, 对照组不使用气囊助产仪。对比两组产妇的产程时间、分娩方式、分娩时段和围产结局。结果 观察组的第一和第二产程时间明显缩短, 自然分娩率明显提高, 剖宫产率降低, 新生儿1分钟Apgar评分、会阴侧切、产后2小时出血量与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈撕伤率、产褥感染、产后尿潴留两组产妇差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 气囊仿生助产技术可明显缩短产程, 增加自然分娩率, 降低剖宫产率, 可在临床推广应用。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the role of bionic midwifery technique in natural childbirth. Methods 330 natural childbirth puerpera were divided into observation group (218 cases) and control group (112 cases). The observation group was treated with KCB II balloon midwifery instrument to expand the cervix and vagina. The control group did not use KCB II balloon midwifery instrument. The maternal labor time, delivery mode and delivery time were observed. Results The first and second labor time obviously shortened, natural births increased and cesarean section rate reduced of observation group compared with that of control group. The neonatal Apgar score, 1 minute episiotomy, 2 hours postpartum haemorrhage of observation group was statistically different from those of control group (.P<0.05). Cervical tearing rate, puerperal infection, postpartum urinary retention in the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Airbag bionic midwifery technique can obviously shorten the labor, increase the natural births and reduce cesarean section rate.
