Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To investigate the value of low frequency ultrasonography combined with high frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of primary ureteral carcinoma. Methods The ultrasonic images of 11 patients with pathologically confirmed primary ureteral carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. These patients were scanned with low frequency probe firstly. We made clear the plane of ureteral obstruction and the degree of dilation of ureter and there was a lump in the ureter or not. And then high frequency ultrasonography was combined with after the lesion was found. We observed the ultrasonic features of the masses, the condition of the ureteral wall and the surrounding invasion or metastasis Results Of the 11 patients, 7 patients were diagnosed by low frequency ultrasonodraphy. The detection rate of the internal ultrasonic characteristics and blood supply of the lesions were not satisfactory. 10 patients were diagnosed by high frequency combined with low frequency ultrasonography. The detected rate of high frequency ultrasonography was high in detecting lesions and blood flow signal in the lesions. The relationship between the lesion and surrounding tissue showed more clearly. Conclusion High frequency combined with low frequency ultrasonography for the ureter can raise the diagnosis accuracy rate of primary ureteral carcinoma.
