【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the analysis of budesonide suspension for inhalation (pulmicort) combined with inhalation of the clinical curative effect of compound ipratropium bromide in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 120 patients with acute asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group with budesonide (pulmicort) combined with inhalation of ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation inhalation. The control group was treated with dexamethasone combined with leigh bhave lin and chymotrypsin inhalation therapy. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The improvement of asthmatic symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the children after inhalation. Conclusion Budesonide suspension for inhalation (pulmicort) inhalation combined with compound ipratropium bromide inhalation in treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis infants is safe and effective.
