【Abstract】Objective To approach the significance of effective triage and transport to treatment of the wounded in Jiuzhaigou earthquaker．Method To analysis the date of medical rescue team of Mianyang Central Hospital triage and transport the woundeds in Jiuzhaigou earthquaker within 2017.8.92017.8.11 after three days of earthquake．Results The medical rescue team of Mianyang Central Hospital assisted the local hospital transport 17 woundeds, triage 122 woundeds,operation 5 cases in the spot of disaster; organization and coordination to transport the wounded to Mianyang Central Hospital 48 cases , 47 cases to be hospitalized, operation 24 cases,6 woundeds were rehabilitation hospital, 42 cases were recovery after treatment. Conclusion Effective triage and transport was crucial to ensure remedy the woundeds in Jiuzhaigou earthquake.
