    【摘要】目的 总结全机器人心脏手术患者术后监护和治疗经验。方法 36例患者均在全机器人下完成心脏手术。术后带气管插管返回监护室, 严密监测各项生命体征及各项指标, 维持呼吸、循环稳定, 防治内环境紊乱, 予以预防感染、止血、强心、利尿、营养心肌等对症支持治疗。结果 36例患者均康复出院, 术后3例二次开胸止血,4例阵发性房颤,低氧血症5例, 早期出现并发症患者其机械通气时间及监护室滞留时间明显增加。结论 加强全机器人患者心脏术后生命体征监测, 保持呼吸道通畅、循环稳定, 维持内环境稳定, 可有效降低术后并发症的发生率, 提高手术效果与成功率。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】Objective To summarize postoperative care and treatment experiences of 36 patients underwent totally endoscopicrobotic assisted cardiac surgery.Methods 36 patients with heart diseases were treated by cardiac surgery using endoscopicroboticassisted. The patients returned to intensive care unit with endotracheal intubation were closely monitored vital signs and indicators, maintain stable breathing, circulation, prevention and cure of internal environment disturbance, given support treatment such as prevent infection, stop bleeding, strong heart, diuresis, and myocardial nutrition.Results All the 36 patients recovered. The patients with early postoperative complications such as secondary thoracotomy hemostatic、atrial fibrillation and hypoxemia, whose mechanical ventilation time and intensive care unit residence time increases obviously.Conclusion To strengthen the patients underwent totally endoscopicrobotic assisted cardiac surgerypostoperative monitoring vital signs, keep respiratory tract unobstructed, keep the cycle stability, maintain a stable internal environment, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
