Abstract:【Abstract】 Aortic dissection is a catastrophic aortic disorder with high mortality rates. The diversity and complexity of the clinical presentation often predispose to misdiagnosis or a missed diagnosis. Accurately and timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial for saving the lives of these patients. CT is the comprehensive evaluation of aortic dissection which is closely related to clinical treatment plan. The authors review the related literature and the clinical pathological characteristics, the research status and progress of CT imaging of aortic dissection in order to improve the vigilance, deepen understanding of the disease and improve the prognosis of patients.
