Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect and possibility of catheter continuous douching and negativepressure draining on perianal abscess. Methods 80 perianal abscess patients were randomly divided into treatment Group and control Group, catheter continuous douching and negativepressure draining were used in the treatment Group, while the patients in control Group were treated by traditional operations. The clinical outcome included efficacy, security, postoperative anal pain, anal function, the recurrence rate, anal fistula incidence, treatment time ,hospital stays and expenses were observed. Results Catheter continuous douching and negativepressure draining had significant influence on the postoperative pain, anal function, healing time, hospital stays and costs(P<005).But had no significant influence on efficacy, Security, the recurrence rate and anal fistula incidence(P>005). Conclusion On the basis of the efficacy and safety, catheter continuous douching and negativepressure draining can decrease operative trauma, shorten hospital stays, reduce the pain and economic burden of patients and protect the anus function for more degree.
