【Abstract】 Breast cancer is currently one of the most common malignant tumor of women in the world. Chemotherapy as an important part of systemic treatment for breast cancer often leads to liver injury. Liver injury, in turn, will affect the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. In this paper, the mechanism, diagnosis, risk factors, prevention and treatment of breast cancer chemotherapyassociated liver injury are reviewed, and it is of great significance to predict the occurrence of breast cancer chemotherapyassociated liver injury and its prevention and treatment.
