【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of pertinent method om electronic flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculiMethods 176 patients with kidney stones were divided into study group and control group, 88 cases in each group. The control was treated with routine nursing measures. The study group was treated with pertinent nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.Results The successful rate of the two groups was not different (P＞005). The incidence of complications of study group (227%) was lower than that of control group (1023%) (P＜005). The catheter indwelling time and time of hospitalization of study group were shorter than that of control group (P＜005. BUN and Scr in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜005) 1 weeks and 2 weeks after treatment. The nursing service satisfaction rate of study group 9773%） was significantly higher than that of control group (8068%) (P＜005). Conclusion Pertinent method can effectively improve the electron flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi effect, shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the probability of complications and improve satisfaction.
