Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protective effects of Shenfu Injection on early myocardial damage in patients with severe burn and explore its possible mechanism.Methods 38 burns patients with a total area of more than or equal to 50% TBSA admitted to hospital within 24 hours after injured were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group and control group were treated with routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with Shenfu Injection, additionally. The hscTnI, CKMB and BNP were observed.Results The hscTnI, CKMB and BNP in the two groups were high than normal value. The hscTnI, CKMB and BNP in treatment group were lower than that in control group (P<005). The hscTnI, CKMB and BNP reached the peak 24h after injury and decreased 5 days after injury. Conclusion Shenfu Injection in the early stage of severe burn can effectively reduce the damage of myocardial cells and plays a role in protecting the myocardium.
