Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore effects, hormone levels and prognosis of leuprolide microglobulin combined with laparoscopy on endometriosis. Methods 104 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into leuprolide microinjection combined with laparoscopic group (54 cases) and laparoscopic group alone (control group Group, 50 cases). Results The total effective rate of combination group was 8333%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<005). After treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in the combined group were reduced to (39 ± 18) U / L and (87 ± 11) U / L, which were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<005). 3448% of the patients in the combined group were successful and 1400% of them were relapsed after treatment, which was significantly better than that of the control group (P<005). The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups (P> 005), and can be restored after withdrawal or rest. Conclusion Leuprolide microglobulin combined with laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis can significantly improve the efficacy and feedback inhibition of FSH and LH levels as well as clinical outcomes.
