Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical characteristics of different age paragraph of children with asthma acute attack, comprehensive study the characteristics of different age group of children with asthma acute attack and provide a basis for improving the level of prevention and cure.Methods 96 children with wheeze or asthma acute attack from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into infant group (< 3 years), preschool group (3 ~ 6 years old) and school age group (6 ~ 12 years old). The general situation, infection season, clinical symptoms and signs, auxiliary examination and treatment were observed. Results The number of children with the onset in winter in infant group was increased significantly than that of infants group and preschool group. The number of children with pneumonia mycoplasma infection and pneumonia induced were increased. The PLT level of infants group and preschool group were significantly higher than that of school age group. The number of confirmed prior to admission and specification treatment and followup were also significantly less than that of school age group. In the fact of hospital treatment, there had obviously different in the use of inhaled corticosteroids and antimicrobial of three groups (P< 005).Conclusion The asthma characteristics of children with acute onset are different with age. The infants and young children are more acute easily in winter, and acute by pneumonia and merger mycoplasma infection, and has the clinical characteristics of platelets increased, diagnostic rate low, treatment adherence poor, so that should pay attention to mission work of asthma prevention and treatment of infants and young children ages, as well as improve the diagnosis of children with the age.
