【Abstract】 The goal is to summarize the new achievements on treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) with Nintedanib and to offer reference for clinical therapy. After searching in CNKI, Wanfang Database, CQVIP and other Chinese database, PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane and other foreign databases. 3 items of RCT and other conference reports material in 2016 have been found. Nintedanib is the new drug and treatment of IPF, following the wellknown pirfenidone. According to them, Nintedanib has been approved to treat IPF by FDA on Oct. 15, 2014 and EMA on Jan. 15, 2015. This offers hope to the treatment of IPF and should be concerned by doctors.
