Abstract:【Abstract】To elaborate the research value of all kinds of fat suppression techniques and quantitative analysis techniques of MRI in hepatic steatosis. In this review, we compared and demonstrated the imaging principles, advantages and disadvantages, and advances in clinical research of all major types of MRI fat suppression techniques and fat quantitative research techniques. Frequency selection inversion pulse fat suppression sequence (SPECIAL) and least square estimation waterfat separation technique of asymmetric echo iterative decomposition of water and fat (IDEAL) have excellent effects on fat suppression, and the latter can be superior to the former. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), dualgradient echo imaging and IDEALIQ technique have important clinical value in the quantitative research of liver fat, and MRS and IDEALIQ can be superior to any other sequence.
