Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of realtime shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of salivary mixed tumor and parotid Warthin tumor.Methods The parotid gland in 30 normal healthy people,12 Warthin tumor, 18 mixed tumor were compared by the application of Realtime shear wave elastography.Results The difference of elastic maximum value, minimum value and average value, standard deviation among normal group, Warthin tumor group and mixed tumor group were statistically significant (P<0.01). The maximum value, average value, standard deviation of shear elastic wave of the mixed tumor group was higher than that of Warthin tumor group (P<0.01). The diagnosis critical value of the maximum value, average value, standard deviation of Salivary gland mixed tumor and parotid Warthin tumor were 55.81kPa, 20.30kPa, and 9.05kPa.Conclusion Realtime shear wave elastography provides tissue hardness information, is helpful for the differential diagnosis of mixed tumor of parotid gland and Warthin tumor.
