    【摘要】 目的 探讨ATP生物荧光法快速评价外科缝合包的灭菌质量效果。方法 采用分层随机抽样法,对2015年8月至2016年4月我院外科使用的160个外科缝合包进行灭菌质量分析,每个样品高压蒸汽灭菌取样后分为2份, 分别采用ATP生物荧光法与菌落计数检测评价灭菌效果。结果 160个外科缝合包经过消毒后,菌落计数法检测合格159个,合格率为994%,ATP生物荧光法检测合格158个,合格率为988%,两两对比差异无统计学意义(P>005)。菌落计数法的菌落计数范围为0~34 cfu,平均为(189±034) cfu,ATP生物荧光法的ATP值为3~223 RUL,平均为(1530±429) RUL。直线相关性分析显示菌落数的对数值与ATP值的对数值之间呈直线关系(P<005),直线相关方程为y=10576x-66518,R2=09982。菌落计数法对外科缝合包的消毒检测平均时间为(3214±420) h,而ATP生物荧光法检测时间为(420±145) h,两两对比差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论 ATP生物荧光法能快速评价外科缝合包的灭菌质量,也能有效反映缝合包的菌落数,从而为医院的消毒效果提供有效、快速的检测指标。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of ATP biological fluorescence method for rapid evaluation of the disinfection quality of surgical suture kits. Methods The study time was from August 2015 to April 2016. 160 surgical suture kits in our hospital were selected. Those kits were given high pressure steam sterilization and divided into two parts, respectively. Those kits were evaluated by ATP bioluminescence assay and colony counting detection. Results The qualified rate by ATP bioluminescence assay and colony counting were 994% and 988% (P>005). Colony count ranges of CFU were 034 (189±034 CFU). The ATP value of RUL were 3223 (1530±429 RUL). Linear correlation analysis showed that the number of colonies and the ATP value had the linear relationship(P<005). The linear correlation equation were y=10576x-66518, R2=09982. The average detection time of ATP bioluminescence assay and colony counting were 3214±420 h by and 420±145 (P<005). Conclusion ATP biological fluorescence method can quickly evaluate the disinfection quality of surgical suture kits, effectively reflect the number of bacterial colonies and provide effective and rapid detection index for hospital disinfection effect.
