Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the rationality of diodone used in enhanced CT scanning. Methods From May 2012 to May 2015, 1246 enhanced CT scanning patients used iohexol were sampled to record relevant data for reference, the risk factors, usage and dosage, and drug combination were analyzed statistically. Results In 1246 patients with CT scanning patients used iohexo, 604 patients had the risk factors of adverse reaction and the incidence rate was 4647%. 130 patients received psychological intervention and the incidence rate was 1846%. 412 patients had been given the reasonable fluid therapy and the incidence rate was 3307%. Before radiography and angiography 48~72h, there were only 248 patients who done the renal function and urine routine examination and the incidence rate was 1990%. 66 patients had allergic reaction and the incidence rate was 530%.Conclusion There existed irrational phenomenon in diodone used in enhanced CT scanning. It was necessary to further standardize the clinical application of diodone and develop complete measures for rational use of diodone.
