Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of microsurgical clipping and endovascular interventional treatment for young patients with intracranial aneurysm and provide reference for improving the prognosis of patients. Methods The clinical data of 93 young patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different surgical methods, the patients were divided into endovascular intervention group (intervention group, n=49) and microsurgical clipping group (clipping group, n=44). The clinical curative effect, complication, daily life ability were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the intervention group (1837%) was significantly lower than that in the clipping group (3864%) (P<005). One months after operation, there was no significant difference in HuntHess classification and death rate between the two groups (all P<005). Three months after operation, there was no significant difference in the living ability between the two groups (u=0782,P<005).Conclusion Microsurgical clipping and endovascular intervention is an effective operation in treatment of young and middleaged intracranial aneurysm, which can significantly improve the ability of life for these patients in the near future.
