Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of early postoperative exercise for treatment of patients with anatomical liver cancer. Methods 64 patients with anatomical liver cancer after liver cancer resection were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy and reasonable exercise. The recovery of liver function and operation indicators were observed. Results ALT, TBIL and PA 5 days after operation of observation group were lower than that of control group (P<005). ALB 5 days after operation of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<005). The exhaust and defecation and bed activity of observation group were shorter than that of control group (P<005). The daily food intake of observation group was more than that of control group (P<005). Sukarno and PS score of observation group was better than that of control group (P<005). Conclusion Reasonable exercise for patients with anatomical liver cancer after liver cancer resection can improve clinical effect and rehabilitation of liver function.
