Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of new single hole laparoscope on treatment of varicocele and influence on testis hemodynamics, semen quality and immune function. Methods 60 patients with varicocele were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with open surgery. The observation group was treated with a new single hole laparoscopic surgery. The clinical efficacy, operative time, postoperative pain and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. The hemodynamics, semen quality and immune function of the two groups were observed before and after operation. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (9000%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (4667%) (P<005). The operative time and postoperative pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<005). The pulsatility index, resistance index and peak systolic velocity of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<005). The sperm motility, sperm density and semen volume of the observation group of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<005). CD4, CD4 / CD8 of the observation group were significantly higher in that of the control group (P<005). CD8 of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<005). Conclusion The new type of single laparoscopic treatment of varicocele can effectively improve testicular hemodynamics and semen quality and will not reduce the patient′s immune function.
