Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of renal pathological type and the age distribution characteristics of different glomerular diseases in 712 cases of renal biopsy in Ya′an People′s Hospital during the past 6 years. Methods 712 cases of renal biopsy in Ya′an People′s Hospital from September 2016 to January 2010 were divided into 5 groups according to age. The pathological types of primary glomerular diseases based on age distribution were analyzed. Results Among the 712 patients, primary glomerulonephritis (PGN, 7486%)was the most frequent type, followed by secondary glomerulonephritis (SGN, 243%) and tubulointerstitial nephritis (TIN, 084%). Among PGN, IgA nephropathy was the most frequent pathology type, followed by minimal change disease (MCD), membranous nephropathy (MN), mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). Lupus nephritis (LN) was the most common form of SGN, followed by henochschonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) and diabetic kidney disease (DKD). There were 286 patients (5366%) with kidney disease nephrotic syndrome,204 patients (3827%)with chronic glomerulonephritis, 30 patients (563%) with latent glomerulonephritis,11 patients (206%) with acute nephritis and 2 patients (038%) with rapidly progressive glomerularnephritis in the clinical classification of 533 PGN patients. Of patients under 15 years old,the most frequent PGN was MCD. There was an agespecific impact on the constitution of histopathology types.70.54% patients of IgAN aged between 16~45 years old. 70% patients of MN aged were between 31~60 years old. Conclusion PGN is most common histological type in Ya′an People′s Hospital. IgAN is the most common types in PGN, and the incidences of MN and MCD have been increased. For SGN, LN and HSPN are the most frequent types.
