Abstract:【Abstract】 The tissue Doppler ultrasound and spot tracking strain imaging technology is an important technology to assess myocardial function, which can be quick, simple and noninvasive quantitative analysis for room wall motion. It can evaluate the local myocardial function, blood supply situation, the myocardial energy, the recognition of segmental myocardial ischemia, cardiac function test and the motions of the synchronicity of the heart. It can found early heart disease and evaluate cardiac surgery prognosis. It has high clinical value the diagnosis and treatment of in cardiovascular disease. In this paper, we review the ultrasound imaging of strain imaging principle, clinical application research progress and limitations.
