Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the application and effect evaluation of health care integration model in artificial liver support system (ALSS) in the treatment of patients with liver failure. Methods 100 cases of liver failure were divided into observation group and control group. 50 cases in the observation group were treated with the integrated management model. 50 cases in the control group were given the traditional nursing service mode. After 12 months (February 2015 to February 2016), the incidence of adverse reactions, patient satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of health integrated management model, the adverse reaction in the group treated with artificial liver process occurring rate decreased (P<005). The satisfaction degree of the patients increased obviously (P<001). The quality of life score was significantly better than that of the control group (P<005). Conclusion Application of health care integration model can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in liver failure patients undergoing artificial liver treatment and improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.
