    【摘要】 目的 分析超声雾化吸入治疗儿童呼吸系统疾病疗效的影响因素。方法 将入院治疗的呼吸系统疾病患儿120名作为研究对象。所有患儿都采用超声雾化吸入治疗。观察不同体位、呼吸频率、间隔时间及依从性等影响其疗效的相关因素并对其进行分析。结果 患儿采取坐位时雾化的治疗效果要比卧位的好;患儿呼吸频率发生改变情况下雾化吸入的效果不如未改变的好;两次雾化之间相隔大于4小时的患儿获得的治疗效果要比小于4小时的好;患儿依从性良好其雾化效果比依从性差的好。以体位、呼吸频率、间隔时间、依从性等作自变量,对其采用多因素Logistic回归分析,患儿体位、间隔时间、依从性是独立影响超声雾化疗效的因素。结论 超声雾化吸入因安全性高、起效快等特点广受欢迎,针对患儿治疗时的体位、依从性、间隔时间等进行有目的性的护理,可明显提高其临床疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To find out the related factors that influence the effect of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in children. Methods 120 children with respiratory diseases were divided into observation group and control group. The related factors affecting the effect were analyzed. Results The effect of children with seat atomizing treatment was better than that of lying position. The effect of respiratory frequency changed was not better than that un-changed. The effect of interval of treatment more than 4hours was better than that less than 4 hours. The effect of compliant children was better than that of Noncompliant children. Logistic regression analysis showed that body position, respiratory frequency, interval time and compliance were the influent factors of the effect. Conclusion Ultrasonic atomizing inhalation has the characteristics of high safety and rapid onset of action. It can improve the curative effect of the patients with the treatment of the body position, compliance and interval time.
