Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect and adverse effects of Sadenosylmethionine in treatment of severe hepatitis on improving serum markers. Methods 120 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases). The control group was treated with routine methods. The observation group was treated with Sadenosylmethionine under routine methods. The serum markers (TBil, and ALT, AST, and DBIL, ALP), clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The serum markers of control group and observation group were improved after treatment (P<005). Serologic markers in observation group were lower than that the control group (P<005). Total effective rate of control group (4833%) was lower than that in observation group (7333%) (P<005). The incidence of adverse reactions of control group and observation group were 1167% 8.33% (P>005).Conclusion S Adenosylmethionine in the treatment of patients with severe hepatitis can improve liver function and serum markers in patients with severe hepatitis.
