【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of zirconia all ceramic crowns on patients with oral cavity repair, and analyze the edge coloring and the health of the gums. Methods From March 2014 to January 2015, 90 patients (146 teeth) with oral treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (45 cases,71 teeth) and in the control group (45 cases, 75 teeth). The observation group was treated with zirconia all ceramic crowns. The control group was treated with Ni Cr alloy porcelain crown. The effect was observed. Results The repair effect of the observation group was 5775% and the excellent and good rate was 9859%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (3600% and 8933%(27/75). The observation group repair edge coloring, color matching and edge integrity qualified rate were significantly higher than those in control group. 3 days and 3 months after operation, the gingival health for stage I disease ratio of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The grade II disease ratio of observation group was lower than that of the control group. There was no difference in the repair time between the two groups. The adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P＜005).Conclusion Zirconia all ceramic crowns has good effect, especially in the edge coloring and gingival health compared with that of Ni Cr alloy porcelain crown.
