【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Between December 2013 and December 2015, 92 patients with ACI were chosen as ACI group. 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group in the same period. The serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels between ACI group and control group among different serious condition to the extent and different prognosis group were compared. The correlation between copeptin, NTproBNP levels, and NIHSS and mRS score were analyzed. ResultsSerum copeptin and NTproBNP levels of ACI group were significantly higher than that of healthy people. The difference was significant (P＜005). Serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels in different severity and different prognosis group were significant different(P＜005). Copeptin and NTproBNP levels were positively correlated with the NIHSS, mRS scores (P＜005). Conclusion Serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels have important clinical significance in ACI condition assessment and prognosis judgment.
