Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Between December 2013 and December 2015, 92 patients with ACI were chosen as ACI group. 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group in the same period. The serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels between ACI group and control group among different serious condition to the extent and different prognosis group were compared. The correlation between copeptin, NTproBNP levels, and NIHSS and mRS score were analyzed. ResultsSerum copeptin and NTproBNP levels of ACI group were significantly higher than that of healthy people. The difference was significant (P<005). Serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels in different severity and different prognosis group were significant different(P<005). Copeptin and NTproBNP levels were positively correlated with the NIHSS, mRS scores (P<005). Conclusion Serum copeptin and NTproBNP levels have important clinical significance in ACI condition assessment and prognosis judgment.
