Abstract:Objective To investigate the factors of pain and postpartum recovery in puerpera with cesarean section, and develop individualized clinical interventions to alleviate pain and promote maternal postpartum recovery.Methods190 puerperas with cesarean section were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015.The puerperas were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 95 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional pain care, while the observation group was given individualized clinical intervention which was on the basis of conventional pain care. After cesarean section, the postpartum pain and the time of exhaust, defecation and lactation were compared between the two groups. Results The main factors that affect maternal postpartum recovery were uterine pain, postpartum wound pain, breast pain, muscle pain and hemorrhoids pain. The postpartum pain and the time of exhaust, defecation and lactation in observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The main factors that affect maternal postpartum recovery are uterine pain, postpartum wound pain, breast pain, muscle pain and hemorrhoids pain.To take appropriate individual clinical interventions can effectively reduce pain in puerpera with cesarean section and promote maternal exhaust, defecation and lactation.
