Objective To study the effect of follow-up nursing on prognosis of patients with coronary artery intervention(PCI).Methods 1283 patients with heart intervention operation in our hospital from January 2013 to October were included.367 cases from January 2013 to December 2013(control group)were not treated with follow-up nursing.916 cases from 2014 to 2015(observation group)were treated with follow-up nursing.The prognosis,SAS score and SDS score were observed.Results The SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiac events of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group The heart function after the intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The telephone follow-up of patients with PCI has a good effect and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
