目的评价鼻腔扩容术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法将2012年12月~2014年12月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者100例,分为接受下鼻甲粘膜下局部切除术进行治疗的患者50例(对照组)和接受保留下鼻甲海绵组织并行鼻腔扩容术治疗的患者50例(实验组)。对两组患者术后定期进行随访和生活质量进行比较。结果治疗前,两组患者在社交情况得分、日常生活得分、情绪得分、症状得分、总得分等方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后,实验组指标值均优于对照组,社交情况得分为(4.89±0.31)分vs(4.14±0.29)分;日常生活得分为(4.99±0.18)分vs(4.21±0.16)分;情绪得分为(4.78±0.15)分vs(4.08±0.12)分;症状得分为(4.98±0.09)分vs(4.18±0.13)分;总得分为(4.82±0.15)分vs(4.17±0.08)分。且实验组患者治疗满意度明显好于对照组(92.00%vs 72.00%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用鼻腔扩容术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征,不仅能改善临床症状,控制情绪,还可显著提高患者生活质量,同时也有利于患者治疗满意度的提升。有较好的临床应用价值。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effect of nasal dilation on the quality of life of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods 100 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were divided into control group(50cases)and study group(50cases).The control group was treated with local excision of turbinate mucosa.The study group was treated with dilation of nasal cavity.The social score,daily living score,emotional score and symptom score were observed.Results The social score,daily living score,emotional score and symptom score before treatment were not different between control group and study group.The above indexes after treatment of study group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction degree of study group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion Dilation of nasal cavity can improve symptoms,control emotion and improve quality of life and treatment satisfaction degree. 更多
