Objective To study the curative effect of escitalopram citalopram in combination with relaxation training on treatment of anxiety disorders.Methods 110 patients with anxiety disorder were divided into treatment group treated with escitalopram citalopram combination with relaxation training and control group treated with and escitalopram citalopram alone.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS),clinical efficacy evaluation curative effect and overall rating scale(CGI)with symptoms scale(TESS)were observed.Results HAMA,SAS and CGL score 3,6and 8weeks after treatment were statistically different from that before treatment(P<0.05).HAMA,SAS and CGL score 1,3,6and 8weeks after treatment of the two groups were different(P<0.01).TESS score of treatment group after treatment was different from that before treatment(P<0.01).TESS score after treatment of the two groups was significantly different.The incidence of adverse reaction of treatment group and control group were25.45% and 10.9%(χ~2=3.911,P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram citalopram with relaxation training can get good effect and few adverse reaction.
