Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of miR-215-5p (miR-215-5p) in thyroid follicular carcinoma and analyze the relationship between miR-215-5p and TSH of serum. Methods 55 cases of thyroid follicular carcinoma were selected as the observation group. The serum samples were collected before operation. 55 cases of thyroid follicular adenoma were selected as the control group. Expression of miR2155p was detected by real time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qPCR). Expression of Ki67 was detected by immunohistochemistry method in thyroid follicular carcinoma. Serum expression of TSH was detected by chemiluminescence in thyroid follicular carcinoma.Results Expression of miR2155p was significantly lower in thyroid follicular carcinoma than that in the control group. The expression of miR-215-5p was statistically significant in tumor maximum diameter, Ki67 proliferation index and TNM stage. The expression of miR2155p is related to prognosis. Negative correlation was found between miR2155p and TSH of serum in thyroid follicular carcinoma. Conclusion Expression of miR2155p is decreased, which is related to the clinical characteristics in thyroid follicular carcinoma. Negative correlation is found between miR-215-5p and TSH. The expression of miR-215-5p is related to prognosis.
