Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To establish a fast process for biologics injection and evaluate its impact on the patients’time consumption, compliance and satisfaction. Methods Two hundred and thirty nine patients diagnosed with rheumatic diseases were included in this study from November 2013 to October 2015. We firstly established the fast process for biologics injection via the process of management team in our department, and allocated patients to the treat inhospital process and the fast process. We then compared the patients’time consumption, compliance, satisfaction between the two groups. Results The patients’time consumption, compliance in the group of fast process significantly preceded those in the group of treatinhospital process (P<0.05). In addition, the satisfaction of time consumption, procedures convenience were better in the group of fast process (P<0.001), but there is no significant difference between groups on safe quality, technical level, and attitude (P>0.05). Conclusion stablishment of the fast process for biologics injection is meaningful to reduce the patients’ time consumption, increase the compliance and satisfaction of the patients.
