Abstract:【Abstract】 With the deepening research on the anatomy and biomechanics of the radial head, the importance of the radial head in maintaining the stability of the elbow is becoming more and more known. Only to restore the normal anatomical morphology of the radial head and restore the stability of the elbow can achieve good results. Clinically, the results of nonsurgical treatment of nondisplaced or slightly displaced radial head fractures are satisfactory. However, there are few conclusions about the treatment of displaced or comminuted fractures. Based on the related literature at home and abroad, this paper reviews the anatomical features of radial head, the classification of the fracture, the related compound injury and the treatment of different types of radial head injury.
