Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To survey the influence and behavioral factors of medication compliance of AIDS patients in national remote area, and improve the patients’ medication compliance and quality of life. Methods A general information questionnaire was carried out in 68 AIDS patients in national remote area to analyze the influence factors of the medication compliance. The venous blood, CD4+ T lymphocyte count and viral load were tested. Results Medication compliance of AIDS patients was 2058%. Lack of medical knowledge, professional guidance, and supervision was the main factor affecting the HIV/AIDS patients medication compliance. Conclusion Medication compliance of AIDS patients can be improved by providing a good supporting system, intervention measures, and support system.
