【Abstract】Cholangiopancreatic disease is one of the common clinical diseases in China. Because of its complex etiology and high incidence of complications, it has become an urgent problem to be solved. With the deep understanding of the disease and the continuous development of minimally invasive surgery, according to the types and characteristics of biliopancreatic diseases, the combination of duodenoscopy, laparoscopy and choledochoscopy is used to achieve minimally invasive, individualized and diversified diagnosis and treatment purposes. This article will summarize and comment on the application of ERCP in the diagnosis and treatment of biliopancreatic diseases, so as to provide safe and effective diagnosis and treatment strategies for the treatment of biliopancreatic diseases.
