Abstract:【Abstract】Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is an effective and multidisciplinary perioperative management scheme based on evidence-based medicine, which can reduce postoperative complications and achieve the purpose of promoting postoperative rehabilitation, shortening the length of stay and reducing the cost of hospitalization. Then, the idea 〖JP2〗of eras gradually penetrated into all branches of surgery, and from this, accelerated cardiac rehabilitation surgery (ERACS) 〖JP〗was derived. In this paper, the main content of eracs and its clinical application at home and abroad are reviewed.
