Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Tianma goutengyin combined with acupuncture at Taichong Point on hypertension with Ganyangshangkang. Methods One hundred and fifty-nine patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into three groups, 53 cases in each group. Group A was treated with conventional western medicine, group B with conventional western medicine+Tianma Gouteng Decoction, group C with conventional western medicine+Tianma Gouteng Decoction+acupuncture at Taichong Point. Blood pressure control and blood pressure before and after treatment were studied. The changes of endothelial function were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B (P＜005). The total effective rate of C group was 9623%, a group was 7925%, B group was 8491%. The total effective rate of C group was significantly higher than that of a group and B group (P＜005). After treatment, the levels of no, ET1 and hs CRP in three groups were improved, and no in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B, ET1 and hs CRP were significantly lower than that in group A and group B (P＜005). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups (P＞005). Conclusion Tianma goutengyin combined with acupuncture at Taichong Point has the advantages of significant curative effect and rapid relief of symptoms, and can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with hypertension and improve the prognosis of patients.
